Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 12:00pm-6:00pm
Job Type: Part-Time

What Youll Be Doing:

• This is a mobile service only – expect to be on the road the entire time.
• Helping with installing, fixing, and maintaining locks, keys, and security systems.
• Jumping into emergency lockouts or rekeying jobs when needed.
• Keeping things professional but friendly while providing great customer service.
• Keeping tools and inventory organized and ready to go for the next job.
• Following our companys quality and safety standards on every job.
• Taking notes on what you did during each job (for record-keeping).
• Checking over the company vehicle to make sure all your gear is ready for the day.
• Learning new locksmith skills and staying up to date with the trade.

What We Are Looking For:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Good with people, and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• A knack for solving problems and paying attention to the little details.
• Willingness to learn! No prior locksmith experience required – trainings on us.
• Flexibility to work a few weekends or evenings when needed.

A Few More Things:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (tools and equipment).
• Comfortable working with your hands and small tools.
• Ability to handle a variety of work environments (indoor and outdoor).
• Candidates must pass a CORI check.

Two Different Openings Based On Schedule:

1. Weekdays 5:00pm – 4:00am
2. Weekends and/or 24/7

Job Type: Part-Time

What Youll Be Doing:

• Answering and managing inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Scheduling appointments for locksmith services based on availability and client needs.
• Providing basic information about services and answering questions.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries and scheduling.
• Transferring calls to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Conducting follow-up phone calls with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling return maintenance visits as required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling systems (training will be provided).
• Previous experience in customer service or reception is a plus.
• 100% remote position – Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional
• environment.
• Prior experience working as a phone receptionist for a service company in the Boston area is
• highly desired.
• Mastery of service scheduling software like HouseCall Pro is highly desired.
